Twitch VOD Download and Formatting with Timestamps

I download twitch VOD’s with lay295's TwitchDownloader. Originally, the program just saved date, channel name, title of stream. Which is good if you’re downloading an entire VOD. But I like to get just the segments related to the video at hand, so having the timestamps baked into the title helps keep that information. In the off chance I have to grab more footage from before or after the segment, it’s right there in the title.
